Meta data deletion instructions
How to request deletion of personal data that Wexio received or processed through an SBCOS Meta integration.
Submit your request
Email admin@wexio.be with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. Identify the SBCOS workspace or business and Meta channel concerned. Never send passwords, access tokens or other secrets.
Identity verification
Wexio may verify your identity and authority over the workspace or connected business asset before deleting data.
Data covered
A verified request may cover connected business, Page, Instagram, WABA and phone identifiers, authorization metadata, credentials, messages, delivery events and publication records where deletion is permitted.
Completion
Wexio will disconnect the relevant integration and delete or anonymize covered data where applicable. Legally required security, audit or claims records may be restricted and retained only for the required period.
Scope
This procedure concerns data processed by SBCOS through Meta integrations. It does not delete a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta account.
